The camp is the first Carnegie weight loss camp in the south of England.
The camp is the exact replica of the residential camp in Leeds which was the UK’s first weight loss camp in 1999 and is now the longest running programme in Europe. Our results are scientifically proven and guarantee success which is not rivalled across the globe!

All fees include accommodation, food, all activities excursions and expertise throughout their stay. There is a minimum of a two week stay but remember the better the longer the stay the better the results!

Where will I stay?
Hosted at Reading University, this site is in commuting distance to London. The University originates back to 1892 and the residence in set in the Whiteknights estate comprising 130 hectares of beautiful parkland. With its green open spaces, lake, woodland and wildlife it is surprising to think that major tourist attractions of London, Heathrow and Oxford are all within easy reach. Reading itself offers some of the best retail and entertainment experiences in the Thames Valley.
What is the accommodation like?
Being away from home can be daunting therefore campers have the luxury of their own private room. There are communal dining rooms and a common room for campers to relax with their friends. A laundry service is also provided.
All campers will have access to state of the art sports facilities including a fully equipped gym, sports pitches and courts as well as getting out in the fresh air enjoying the beautiful grounds which include a wooded area and a large lake... perfect for treasure hunts and orienteering!

By road: Located just off the M25, it only takes one hour from London to Reading and is in easy reach of the M4, M40 and M3.
By rail: Regular rail services run direct from London Paddington and takes half an hour to Reading.
From the airport: In close proximity to Heathrow and Gatwick airport, it takes approximately one hours drive from Heathrow and Gatwick and direct trains run from Gatwick to Reading.
