You are not alone. Thousands of young people are in the same situation as you. But you can be successful, lose weight and have fun!
We have already helped over 5,000 children, who have not just lost weight on our programmes but have kept if off and often lost even more afterwards.

What Will I Do?
You’ll learn about how to live a healthier lifestyle by taking part in lots of fun activities with lots of other people your own age.
Every day/session is different, but there’s always an action packed line up of things to do, as well as plenty of time to chill out with friends.
- Physical Activity – You’ll get the chance to try lots of sports and activities. Some you may never have tried before - everything from basketball, to martial arts, to dodgeball.
- Healthy Eating – You’ll learn how to make healthy food choices - how much food is the right amount and how to make tasty meals yourself that will impress your family and friends.
- Hobbies – There’s lots of time for hobbies and maybe trying something new, such as photography, dance, art and drama. We even have our own stylist too!
- Chill Out Time - And there’ll be lots of time too for simply playing and hanging out with your mates.
We Know It Works!
Our camps are run by Professor Paul Gately. He’s been helping children to lose weight for twenty years. He’s even been on television and written books about it. He’s helped lots and lots of young people lose weight before and you can too.
